After I put up my music server I felt that I should point out some songs and artists that I thought were worth listening to and the best way to do that is to pack them all into podcasts and publish them to an unwitting public (that is, my family and a very select number of in-laws). The options for this were very limited due to the restrictions on sites like Soundcloud, Podbean, Anchor and the likes and I did not like their conditions of service, like, for instance, making the podcasts available on iTunes and other crappy, devious and thieving sites. The solution was to take a very old free server software, Podcast Generator, and bash it up into the shape I wanted with all the frills ans whistles I wanted to add (I am especially proud of the database search and play feature which I added all by myself!)
